Winter Workout 2019

The Winter Workout is an program that is designed to get the players ready for the spring softball season and high school tryouts. Each session will include carefully selected drills for batting, fielding and throwing, along with appropriate cardio conditioning workouts for each age group. The Winter Workout allows players polish up their softball skills while having fun with their friends.

All levels of play are welcome to this workout. The Winter Workout has had a waiting list the past, so, please do not wait to register as we have a limited number of spots available.

The Winter Workout will be begin on January 28, 2019 and end on March 18, 2019 There are two sessions, one for grades K-8 and another for grades 9-12. You need to bring a glove, sneakers and a water bottle to the Winter Workout.

We are very excited to be back at the WHYBL and CT Moose Facility again located at 74 Granby Street, Bloomfield. The newly renovated facility will allow to have more flexibility with all of our drills and stations and perhaps allow us to give extra batting practice for those who would like to participate.


Sessions will be on Monday nights
Session 1:
6:00pm-7:00pm (grades K-8)
Session 2:
7:00pm- 8:00pm (grades 9-12)
